Using our services
These terms apply to orders placed with Gnternationalay Inc through this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase the service and agree to these terms. A separate written project agreement may set out additional scope, delivery, and payment terms for your project.
Services and project scope
We provide website design and development, e-commerce stores, UI/UX and product design, website redesigns, SEO and performance work, website care, and consultation. Service descriptions explain the starting scope. Specific deliverables, revisions, required materials, and timelines are confirmed by email or a written project agreement. Delivery depends on receiving the information and feedback needed to perform the work.
Consultation
Consultation provides guidance on a website, product idea, or technical challenge. You enter the payment amount at checkout, with a minimum of $1.00 USD and no more than two decimal places. You can edit the amount before confirming payment. We arrange the consultation scope and meeting time by email; payment alone does not reserve a particular time or purchase a development project.
Guest orders and communication
You can purchase a service using your email without creating an account. Provide an email address you can access and check it for order communications. Keep your payment receipt and order reference. Account holders may use the client portal; private account invoices require sign-in. Guest orders are managed by email and are not automatically linked to an account with the same address.
Prices and payments
Checkout displays the amount in US dollars before you authorize payment. Stripe processes payment details. Fixed-price services and packages use the published checkout price; only consultation allows a customer-entered amount. Additional work requires a separate agreement. Website care is priced per month; a payment on this checkout covers one period and does not itself enable automatic recurring charges.
Client materials and ownership
You are responsible for having permission to use materials you supply. Ownership of custom deliverables transfers after full payment and completion as described in the project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, images, and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licenses.
Cancellations, refunds, and service issues
Contact support promptly if you need to cancel or if a service does not match the agreed scope. Our Refund Policy explains how we handle deposits, completed work, consultations, and refund requests. Project termination and fees for completed work follow any applicable written agreement.
Confidentiality and responsibility
We use project information to perform the agreed services and expect both parties to protect confidential materials shared during the project. Results such as sales, traffic, or search rankings are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
